What the result establishes
12/12 clean public-install checks passed for the released packages. Codex and Claude Code plugins passed actual CLI-host acceptance. These results do not imply desktop-UI acceptance, public plugin-store availability or unrestricted source access.
What remains separate
Public plugin-store submissions remain separate. Windows is deferred. The historical rc4 synthetic fixture and rc2 reel retain their original versions, counts and limitations. Their results are not silently relabeled as stable-release tests.
